Distri-Log N.V. (registered in the registry of companies Antwerp, division Mechelen, Crossroads Bank of Enterprises registration n° 0453.910.807) is responsible for the processing of contact data which only encompass the email address, user name and an encrypted password. In the framework of the GDPR legislation, Distri-Log N.V. exclusively makes use of these contact data for the proper functioning of the slot booking system. For these reason your consent to processing these contact data is requested. These contact data are not used for any other application within the companies which are part of Distrilog Group, than as aforementioned specified. The slot booking system can only be used after you have given your consent. The activation email which follows the consent, encompasses a randomly generated password which is considered “'safe'” according to present day ICT standards. This password is encrypted in a safe environment so that only the user of the activation email is able to decode it. If the user has forgotten the password, then the user should have a new password generated by clicking the link “'forget login?'”. The mentioned contact data are stored for an unlimited period of time. If the user wishes to delete his account, he can do so by clicking on “'delete login'”. By doing so the login and other personal information of the user is permanently deleted from the system. By selecting “'I agree'”, the user consents with the above mentioned notification.
